Your Role
Handling administrative tasks such as Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations. Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records. Answering calls, and making travel arrangements. Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes. Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required. Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
Your Responsibility
Maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism at all times. A keen eye on details for accuracy. Ultimately, you should ensure the smooth completion of the office operations assigned to you.
Qualification
- Minimum Education: Any Degree / Pursuing degree (UG).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Office Administration.
- Height and Weight for Women: A minimum of 158 CMS (5.2 ft) without footwear, with weight proportionate to BMI.
- Height and Weight for Men: A minimum of 174 CMS (5.7 ft) with weight proportionate to BMI.
- Appearance: Positive body language and well-groomed.
- Communication: Fluency and clarity of speech in both English or Hindi, and the local language.
- Age: 18 - 40 years.

- Self-grooming ability.
- Good physical condition to walk.
- Good physical and mental stamina.
- Highly energetic and motivated.
- Having an eye for detail.
- Ability to delegate multiple tasks.
Dress code
Women: The most common attire is company T-shirt and pant with shoes.
Payment
Once you gain experience, we pay the highest. However, pay will vary based on tasks and contract and locations etc. We inform payment details before committing to a task. The basic pay starts at 500 INR and goes up to as per the contract.
