1. Do you charge any amount for the job?
Not at all! No money is collected from candidates.
2. I'm student or fresher can I apply ?
Yes! You must be at least 18 years old and at max 40 years old, and we will teach you how to work.
3. Is this a part-time or full-time job?
It's a part-time job where you can work whenever you want. This is not a full-time position, and we do not offer full-time roles. Jobs are assigned based on customer demand.
4. How safe is it for girls?
Nothing is more important than your safety, Our team will be with you from the beginning to the end of the event!
5. What will be working hours?
Depending on the event and tasks, work can range from 2 to 10 hours per day, and some assignments may last up to 2 weeks. Don’t worry—we’ll always update you in advance!
6. Photos and Selfie Video is mandatory to send?
Yes! It is the first step in the hiring process, and no physical interviews are conducted. So, send it if you're interested, If not, try another job! Your photos and videos will only be used for screening purposes. They will not be shared or used in any other way, and they will be deleted automatically after the interview
7. How do I know I'm selected or not?
We will update you within 24 hours after receiving your photos and videos.
8. Is there any need for me to come to your office?
You don't need to come our office, we will call you if required.
9. What are documents to be submitted?
We collect your government ID (Aadhar card) along with two additional IDs and your educational certificate during the employment process for security purposes
10. How will I know that there is event&task?
Everything will be updated on WhatsApp, from the role to the payment.
11. How often I will get event job notifications!
Depending on your performance, minimum 5 to maximum 30 events per month.
12. Do I get event job daily?
Currently, no! You might get it on a daily basis in the future.
13. Where will be the Job location?
Depending on the event, The city will be selected by you on the application, and you can work outstations as well if you're interested.
14. Can I work in multiple event jobs &tasks?
Yes! If you meet our requirements and qualifications.
15. Do you provide transportation and food?
Depending on the event, for jobs within the city, you're responsible for your own travel. For long-distance or outstation assignments, transportation and food will be provided. Don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated on all details in advance!
16. Do I need to bring costume for events, or you provide?
Depending on the event and tasks, boys will need to purchase the company-standard uniform after training, which costs around ₹2,500. Casual shoes are acceptable as footwear. For girls, the company provides the uniform, but they will need to buy black ballet flats from the company for ₹500. Costumes will be provided for special events.
17. How does payment works here?
It all depends on the event timing, tasks, location, and your level of experience. Don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated in advance!
18. Are there any benefits apart from salary?
Yes, of course! Your serious efforts and dedication were rewarded, and you paid extra for them!
19. I'm already doing manpower. Can we collaborate or tie-up?
The company is not interested in forming any tie-ups.
20. Do I have to necessarily come to all events?
No! It's totally up to you.
