How does Pro service work?Easy. It works primarily based on guest arrival no’s and preference of different services. With this, we estimate and set up the crew, taxi service and hotel room booking and etc.

Where are you located and where do you operate services?Our offices are located in Chennai and Bangalore, Our services available all over South India.

How does the pricing work?It's completely based on your choice of services. Depends on crew count (no’s), timings, number of days, inside the city or outside the city, costume and etc. considered.

Is there any difference between the price of inside city and outside city?Yes! It’s necessary to compensate the crew for time for travel and also includes transportation and accommodation. Note: Here Inside city means Elixacrew operating personnel outlet cities, if need look your city is available or not call us.

Do I have to pay the advance fee for the book?Yes! You have to pay 50% as an advance in order to confirm.

Is there any service guarantee?We would like to assure you of the accuracy of our service. However, given the unpredictable situations & other conditions, we do not provide any service guarantee.

I would like to see the crew profiles!Yes, based on requirements we have pre-picked profiles, we will send to registered mail or mobile no. We want to give you the best experience as much as possible. Note: Please also keep in mind, these photos are edited.

What is the dress code of the crew?We recommend dress code based on the event, like Uniformed Business formals, Gowns, Sarees, and apparel without any charges. If you need a special costume/bulk requirement, we take rentals or we order and it is chargeable or else you can provide.

The crew I want is not available on Elixacrew. How do I get it?No problem, we can try/help on a friendly basis but no guarantee.

Do I need a select crew count/ you assist me?Yes! You can select if you have an idea. For best workflow, we recommend crew No's based on the event and you’re allowed to pick crew profiles.

Does the crew work for extra hours in case required?Yes! If work extends late night you must compensate for extra time charges and provide transport.

Do I have to provide transportation and Accommodation crew?Inside the city (Personnel outlet cities) does not require, if outside the city it is mandatory or expenses reimbursed.

Can I hire extra or remove crew No's after booking an order?Yes, you can change the crew up to three days before the day of the event.

Can I hire extra crew No's on site?Yes! You can, but there is no guarantee of availability.

What do I do if the crew was rude/indiscipline/misbehaved?Our crew is subject to the code of conduct. In case, crew fails, you're requested to call the site supervisor or HR.

Do I have to necessarily book all the services?No, it’s completely your choice.

Is there minimum order value/crew count for booking?No, But you must book at least one person of any category.

Is there any minimum time period to book a service?At least 6hr prior recommended but no guarantee for crew availability. We request you to book as much as possible in advance.

Can I book crew for the same-day event?Yes! No guarantee for crew availability, but we will try.

What is the crew count I can book?You can book a minimum of one person to a maximum of eighty numbers from each category per day per account. Note: Here excludes Product Demonstrators, Emcee/Anchor, Auto Models, and Foreign Artists, Mehndi artist and Beauticians and some other categories which are not required highly.

Do you provide crew monthly basis or long term contracts?Yes! We provide crew max for 2 weeks. If you want more than 2 weeks you've to renew the agreement.

Can I get a custom crew service?Yes! Just drop a mail to elixacrew@gmail.com with all the necessary details or Go to contact us select Custom order and drop a message. If your requirement interests us, we’ll get back to you.

Can I pre-book an order?Yes! You can book 180days prior.

How do I check the current status/process of my order?After placing the order to set up the crew takes min 2hrs and Max 72hrs! If further delays our team will contact you!

How do I know that my order is confirmed?Once we receive an advance from you, you'll receive an order confirmation message/mail.

Do you charge GST?No, All our prices are exclusive of Goods and Service Tax.

I want an invoice for my order?After completion of the service, we will send an invoice to your Registration Mail.

I want an invoice on my company name?While booking itself please select individual/company.

What are the modes of payment available to book crew/services?You can pay us through Net banking/Credit card/Debit card, UPI and Cash.

How do I cancel my order and till when and what are the cancellation charges?Go to contact us select Cancel order. You can cancel Up to seven days prior to the event date without any charges. After seven days 50% charged as cancellation fee from the advance fee. Advance fee refunded after the deduction of the cancellation fee.

How can I get a refund in case I cancel my order?The refund will be made within seven days. The mode of the refund will be the same as the payment source used at the time of booking.

Can I Cancel the crew On-site?We're sorry! On-site, cancellations or reductions of crew won't be allowed once the crew has committed to the your event. Do you still want to cancel! Pay full salary as compensation for crew who lost work because of you.
