This job is open to both men and women.
Your Role
Welcoming the customer to stall with a pleasant smile. Engage with customer and discover their wants and needs. Provide all the information needed about products and services. Demonstrating/sampling when necessary. Set up stalls or promotional stands and stock products. Submit daily sales report.
Your Responsibility
Maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism at all times. Addressing the visitor queries in a polite and professional manner. Ultimately, you should ensure the smooth completion of the promotion activity from beginning to end.
Qualification
- Minimum Education: Any degree or pursuing degree (UG).
- Experience: 3 months experience in promotion activities.
- Height and Weight for Women: A minimum of 158 cm (5.2 ft) without footwear and weight proportionate to BMI.
- Height and Weight for Men: A minimum of 174 cm (5.7 ft) without footwear and weight proportionate to BMI.
- Communication: Fluency and clarity of speech in both English/Hindi and local language.
- Age: 18 - 40 years.
Requirements
- Self-grooming ability.
- Good physical condition to walk.
- Good physical and mental stamina.
- Highly energetic and motivated.
- Ability to work long hours (in case of need).
- Having an eye for detail.
Dress Code
Women: The most common attire is sarees and blazer and skirt or pant with ballet flats(black), and on special occasions, we provide costumes and matching accessories.
Men: The most common attire is blazer, white shirt, tie and pant with formal black shoes, and on special occasions, we provide uniforms.
Payment
Once you gain experience, we pay the highest. However, pay will vary based on tasks and contract and locations etc. We inform payment details before committing to a task. The basic pay starts at 500 INR and goes up to as per the contract.
