Your Role
Greet customers upon their arrival with a pleasant smile. Escorting them in the rooms or dining area. Addressing the guest’s concerns in a polite and professional manner. Preparing and managing RSVP, Backstage and logistics etc. Coordinating with different departments for the smooth running of hospitality. Assist in registration, seating, issuing passes and distribution of delegate kits.
Your Responsibility
Maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism at all times. Accommodating guests requests politely and professionally. Provide extra attention to guests with special needs (ex: children, the elderly). Ultimately in the end, you make sure that guests feel welcomed, cared for, and valued from the moment they arrive till their departure.
Qualification
- Minimum Education — Any Degree / Pursuing degree (UG).
- Height and Weight: A minimum of 174 CMS (5.7ft) (without footwear) and weight proportionate to BMI.
- Appearance: Positive body language and well groomed.
- Communication: Fluency and clarity of speech in both English / Hindi and local language.
- Age: 18 - 30 Yrs.
Requirements
- Self-grooming ability.
- Good physical condition to walk.
- Good physical and mental stamina.
- Highly energetic and motivated.
- Having an eye for detail.
- Ability to stand during an entire shift.
- Ability to work long hours (in case of need).
Dress Code
The most common attire is blazer, white shirt, tie and black pant with formal black shoes, and on special occasions, we provide uniforms.
Payment
Once you gain experience, we pay the highest. However, pay will vary based event duration and locations etc. Minimum event duration is 2 hours and maximum is 10 hours. Pay starts at 1,000 INR and goes up to 2,000 INR.
