Setup Crew
Role: Arranges furniture, stage, seating, and decor by setting up tables, chairs, banners, and decor items according to the event plan.
Speaker Liaison
Role: Ensures speakers are prepared and have everything they need by coordinating schedules, handling presentations, and communicating needs with the AV team.
Emcee
Role: Our Emcee ensures your event flows seamlessly, engaging the audience with confident introductions, smooth transitions, and lively announcements.With a focus on maintaining energy and professionalism, they create a memorable experience, keeping every segment on time and on point.
Task Boys
Role: Provide technical support by managing any on-demand tasks, passing microphones, and assisting speakers with their needs during the event.
Security crew
Role: Monitor safety, control access, and ensure authorized entry by checking badges, handling crowd control, managing access points, and being prepared for any security situations.
Sanitation Crew
Role: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the venue by regularly cleaning high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and food service areas to uphold hygiene standards.
Session Coordinators
Role: Assist the Event Manager by overseeing the conference to ensure smooth operation, supervising the crew, troubleshooting issues, managing tasks, and addressing attendee needs.
Clean up Crew
Role: Handle post-event cleanup and breakdown by dismantling decor, collecting leftover materials, and ensuring the venue is left in clean condition.
Uniforms & Styling

Our crew members are dressed in business formal attire, including blazers, shirts, pants, and shoes, as well as T-shirts, sarees, and company-designed standard uniforms for conferences.

If you have specific costume requirements, please let us know, and we will gladly make the necessary arrangements.
Reporting & Timings

Timings can be adjusted to meet your requirements, with a maximum working limit of 9 hours.

If additional hours are needed, hiring on a shift basis is available.
